Shipping & Return Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
Please note personalised items can take up to a week to be shipped. All items are handmade please allow us some time to complete your order, thank you.
Shipping within the UK is charged as follows:
- A flat rate of £1.95 for Royal Mail 1st Class Postage large letter untracked
A flat rate of £1.50 for Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage large letter untracked
- Parcels will be sent 2nd class £3.00
Orders over £40.00 and above will qualify for free Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage. If you would like it any sooner please drop us a message,
Promotions where discount codes are used eg, free postage, will be sent 2nd Class unless stated otherwise.
European and International shipping is charged as follows:
A flat rate of £12.50 within Europe for Royal Mail International 1st Class postage
Please note with international shipping, items can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
If you require a "tracked" service please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide a quotation for postage.
Please check that the delivery address has been entered correctly. We will not be responsible for replacing items that have not been delivered due to an incorrect address.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
All returns must be authorised by Mummy & Austin Boutique. To start your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of return. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We require for you to obtain and keep the proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail/ delay on reaching us.
If agreed, a refund will be issued within in 7 days of returning back at Mummy and Austin Boutique. Please note postage will not be returned unless the items is at fault of our own.
In the unlikely event there is a fault or defect with any item, you will be fully refunded for the cost of the item plus any postage incurred by you in returning the item to us.
We are not legally required to accept items that are sealed and not suitable for return due to hygiene if the items become unsealed after delivery unless the items are defective or misdescribed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Delivery not received
Please check that the delivery address has been entered correctly. We will not be responsible for replacing items that have not been delivered due to an incorrect address. Any undelivered items must be reported by email to email@example.com within 21 days of the date of purchase. We cannot accept any responsibility for missing orders after the 21 days have elapsed if we have not been contacted about the order beforehand.ADDRESS
